She is the founder of Mumzworld since June 2011, Digitise 360 Advisors in the UAE since June 2024, and a co-founder and partner of Bayt.com since June 2000.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy since June 30, 2021, the Young Arab Leaders Organization since December 2023, Endeavor Global Sports Company since November 2023, and a member of the Dubai Future Fellowship Program of the Dubai Future Foundation .

She founded Pharmacy in Saudi Arabia, served as CEO and Chairwoman of Mumzworld, and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Bayt.com.

She also worked at Johnson & Johnson, leading the relaunch of Johnson's Sun Care and Piz Buen brands in Europe, and in the soap products division of Procter & Gamble.

She was ranked among the “100 Most Powerful Businesswomen in the Middle East 2024” by Forbes Middle East , and among the “Most Influential Women in the Middle East 2018” by the same magazine.

She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from the United States of America.
