She is a member of the Federal National Council for the Emirate of Dubai, founder and director of “ Al-Alamni Center for Management Consulting and Training ”, a certified human resources consultant, a certified lecturer and institutional trainer from the “Advanced International School of Management”, and a certified trainer in the field of social responsibility and the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities from the “International Academy for Social Responsibility”.

She is also a certified auditor in the application of the requirements of the standard specification for corporate social responsibility "ISO 26000", a certified assessor of environmental standards for people with disabilities from the "World Disability Federation", a trainer on designing and implementing equality-based policies to support the integration of disability in the work environment, and a trainer and lecturer in the fields of management and development in institutional and functional excellence and social responsibility.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Club for People of Determination , the Emirates Genetic Diseases Association , and an honorary member of the Thank You for Giving Program.

Participated in preparing the Dubai Municipality strategy and policy for caring for people of determination in 2016, as the first local and regional initiative in the field of people of determination.

She has over 28 years of experience in various specialized fields, work, institutional support, excellence, strategic planning, operations management, excellence programs and competitions, in addition to comprehensive knowledge of disability affairs, institutional support, human and financial resources management, information technology and community responsibility.

She has delivered numerous lectures, seminars, training courses and working papers inside and outside the UAE, and has provided a number of technical consultations, in addition to preparing specialized studies and reports in the field of institutional, functional, educational and business administration excellence.

She received the International Professional Certificate for Community Partnership Ambassadors, the title of “UN Ambassador for Community Partnership” in 2022, the title of “Ambassador of Peace and Goodwill” from the “Arab-European Center for Human Rights and International Law” in 2020, and the “Hamdan Award for Distinguished Academic Performance” for the category of Distinguished Teacher for the year 2001-2002. She also won first place at the individual level in the “Creativity Competition for the Care of the Gifted and Talented”, and first place in the “Competition Award in Enrichment Programs for Gifted and Talented Students”.

She holds a Diploma in Special Education in 2021, a Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility in 2020, a Diploma in Institutional Excellence in 2014, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science in 1990 from the United Arab Emirates University. She is also a graduate of the Effective Money Management Program in 2010 from the Dubai School of Government, in addition to obtaining an International License Certificate for Social Responsibility, and an International Certified Evaluator Certificate for Environmental Standards for People with Disabilities from the International Federation of the Disabled.
