Executive partner at the “ United Middle East Legal Consulting Office ” since June 2018, and a member of the “Society of Legal Scholars” in London.
He was a senior advisor for legal affairs at the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi between 2010 and 2016, and the Industrial Development Office , and an assistant professor of business law at Abu Dhabi University between 2005 and 2018, and head of the law program at the same university.
He also worked as a professor of commercial law at the Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain, the Swiss Business School, and Atlanta University in the United States of America.
He received a fellowship from the International Bar Association. He holds a doctorate in international trade law from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom.
