He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of both “ Aljazira Takaful Cooperative Company ” since September 5, 2022, and “ Aljazira Capital Company ”.

He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of “ Bank Aljazira ” on January 21, 2021, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ Aljazira Takaful Cooperative Company ” on July 17, 2022.

He joined the Saudi British Bank ( SABB ) in 2012 and held several positions, including: Deputy Managing Director for Retail Banking and Wealth Management between 2015 and 2020, General Manager of Branch Network and Wealth Management during 2014, Head of Private Banking Services between 2012 and 2013, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SABB Insurance Agency between 2012 and 2018.

He also held the position of Regional Director of Branch Network at the Saudi Commercial Bank, now known as the National Commercial Bank, between 2004 and 2011, and Credit Relations Manager at Riyad Bank between 2001 and 2004.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) between 2017 and 2020, HSBC Saudi Arabia between 2018 and 2020, and SABB Takaful between 2016 and 2019.

He has more than 21 years of professional experience in the banking sector.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2001 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 1995 from King Saud University .
