Member of the National Elections Committee, United Arab Emirates. She was a member of the UAE Cabinet , and held the position of Minister of Community Development, Secretary-General of the UAE Cabinet, and a member of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Pensions and Social Security. She was a member of several councils, most notably the Higher Committee for the Development of National Curricula, the Education and Human Resources Council, the Federal Demographics Council, and the Ministerial Development Council . She contributed to the establishment of the Legal Affairs Office in the General Secretariat, which is responsible for drafting and preparing government legislation, preparing studies and research, and providing legal advice in the federal government. She played a role in establishing the Executive Office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as well as the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the United Arab Emirates University , and received academic training in management and corporate management from the London Business School.
