She was a founding partner of Keys to Life Company between 2016 and 2019, a partner in Forte Consulting Group between 2009 and 2017, and held the position of Head of Corporate Communications at Majid Al Futtaim Holding between 2011 and 2015. She held several positions at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry between 1998 and 2008, including: Senior Executive Director of Corporate Communications, Senior Executive Director of External Affairs, and Senior Executive Director of Customer Service Centers. She holds a Master’s degree in Positive and Strategic Leadership in 2016 from IE University in the Kingdom of Spain, and a Diploma in Business Administration in 1997 from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE.
