In this role, she leads the Internal Audit function, strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks while supporting the organization’s strategic objectives and long-term value creation.

Nouf brings several years of experience across the public and private sectors in organizational transformation, governance enhancement, risk management, and internal audit. She has led numerous high-impact transformational and strategic initiatives at the national level.

Prior to joining CNTXT, Nouf served as Financial Transformation Consulting Manager within PwC Middle East’s Advisory practice, where she led large-scale strategic transformation initiatives across the public sector, and contributed to the delivery of high-impact financial transformation programs and national-level initiatives that enhanced organizational performance and operational effectiveness.

Nouf has also held several senior internal audit leadership positions, including Group Internal Audit Manager at Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO), where she oversaw enterprise-wide audit activities and strengthened internal control and compliance frameworks across the group. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Group Internal Audit Manager at Sunbulah Group, leading complex audit engagements, supporting Audit Committees, and contributing to the enhancement of enterprise risk management practices.

She began her professional career with EY, where she developed expertise in audit, risk advisory, quality assurance, and professional consulting services.

Nouf holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Hult International Business School, London, is a graduate of Sorbonne University, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University. She also holds several professional certifications in internal audit, governance, risk management, and finance.
