Advisor in the Department of Community Strategies and Policies at the Community Development Authority since April 2024, United Arab Emirates.

He served as the Executive Director of the Licensing and Control Sector in the same authority, and as the Head of Licensing in " Dubai Healthcare City ," and worked as a cardiothoracic surgeon in the " Dubai Health Authority ."

He was also the chairman of the Patient Protection Committee at Dubai Healthcare City, and a member of the Harvard Medical Committee on International Standards, the Medical Research Committee, and the International Foundation for Medical Licensing and Regulations.

He managed a project that improved the level of cooperation between the United States and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), which allowed the administration of the medical licensing exam for the first time outside the United States.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wollongong in Australia (2009), a medical degree from the Ibero-American University in Mexico (1999), and graduated from the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program.
