Omar Bahobail's Bio
Vice President of Shared Services at Sahara International Company ( SABIC ), Saudi Arabia.
He held several positions at Sahara Petrochemical Company before merging with Sipchem, including: CEO of Al Waha Petrochemical Company, and General Manager of the same company. After the merger, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Integration Management Office (IMO), where he played a role in the success of the merger between the two companies.
Before joining SABIC, he worked for SABIC ’s Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and SABIC’s Saudi European Petrochemical Company ( Ibn Zahr ) for 13 years, during which he held a number of positions.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1991 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals .
