He is a member of the Board of Directors of " First Investor Company ".

He held the position of Financial Director at Qatar Real Estate Investment Company between 2005 and 2011, Saipem Company between 2001 and 2005, and Audit Supervisor at Deloitte Company in Riyadh between 1995 and 2001.

He has over 25 years of experience in management, financial consulting, auditing, financial planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, credit ratings and Islamic finance.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1995 from Yarmouk University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate in 1997 from the state of Illinois, USA.
