Syrian doctor and businessman. He is a consultant in internal medicine, gastroenterology and liver diseases, head of the “Syrian Business Council in Abu Dhabi”, a partner in “ Mediclinic Middle East ”, and a founding partner in the “Hospitality Company” in Syria, in which he owns 504,125 shares, or 3.70%, worth 50,415,200 Syrian pounds. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry . He also founded the Al Noor Hospitals Group in 1985, and held several positions in it, namely: Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO, and General Manager. He received the “Medal of Civil Merit” from Spain, in recognition of “his efforts in various fields, and opening areas of cooperation with many Spanish doctors in various specialties.” He obtained a specialty certificate in internal medicine and gastroenterology in 1975 from the Autonomous University of Madrid in Spain, and a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery in 1972.
