He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority between 2015 and 2017, and held the position of Director of Planning and Development at the Ajman Chamber between 2000 and 2004.

He holds a doctorate in business administration in 2017 from Abu Dhabi University, a master’s degree in the same field in 2013 from the Canadian University Dubai, and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering in 2000 from Khalifa University in the Emirates.
