- Emirates Steel Company.
- Al Fursan International Sports Resort.
- Caracal Company.
- Volcano Missions Systems Company.
- Tawazun Precision Industries Company.
- Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company.
He held several positions in the Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement, including: Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Offset Projects Unit, and he also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rabdan Academy and the General Holding Corporation Senaat.
Al Hajeri served on the boards of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company TAQA, Abu Dhabi Global Market, the Defense Empowerment Tawazun Council, Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, ExCeL London, the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, the Tourism Development & Investment Company, and the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority.
He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Higher Colleges of Technology and the United Arab Emirates University, in addition to his membership in the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Lewis & Clark College in the United States of America in 2000.
