He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Regulation and Supervision Bureau , a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council , a member of the Executive Committee of the same Council, a member of the Emirates Society of Engineers , and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC ) since February 28, 2021, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation , General Civil Aviation Authority - UAE , Federal Transport Authority - Land and Maritime , Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones , and Food Security Center - Abu Dhabi .

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Ports Company , and held the position of Chairman of the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities , and Director of Shared Services at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company - ADNOC , and chaired the Board of Directors of Etihad Rail, Abu Dhabi Airports Company between 2016 and 2017, and Abu Dhabi General Services Company - Musanada .

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the United Arab Emirates University , and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University in the United States of America.
