She held the position of Senior Project Manager at the Executive Office of Dubai between 2017 and 2018, Program Manager at the Department of Education and Knowledge between 2014 and 2017, and Human Resources Expert at the Family Development Foundation in Abu Dhabi between 2012 and 2014. She also held the position of Program Manager at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi between 2010 and 2012, and a member of the Project Management Office at the same secretariat between 2009 and 2010. She also worked as a graduate development specialist and Emiratisation consultant at Aldar Properties between 2008 and 2009, Emiratisation Project Manager at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management between 2006 and 2008, and Assistant Emiratisation Project Manager between 2005 and 2006, and trained in several hotels. She holds an Executive Master’s in Public Administration in 2011 from Zayed University , and a Bachelor’s in International Hospitality Management in 2005 from the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management.
