Emirati businesswoman. She has been the Secretary-General of the Arab Youth Council for Integrated Development since November 8, 2020, a member of the Board of Directors of the same council, and the Executive Director of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council since 2015, which she co-founded in 2001. She held several positions in the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council , including: Director of the Economic Studies and Information Department between 2012 and 2014, Director of the Information Department between 2010 and 2012, and Executive Director between 2005 and 2010. She also founded the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in 1999, and worked as the award's coordinator between 1999 and 2005, then Deputy Director of the Quality and Excellence Department until 2005, in addition to her work as Head of the Local Exhibitions Department at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry between 1996 and 1999, and Assistant Marketing in the Exhibitions Department at the same chamber between 1992 and 1996. She contributed to organizing many exhibitions inside and outside the country, including: "Abu Dhabi International Exhibition", "IDEX Exhibition", and "Ramadan and Eid Festival". She received an honorary international doctorate in charitable and volunteer work from the "World Federation of Friends of the United Nations" in 2020, the title of "Personality of the Year for Community and Humanitarian Services" from the same federation, and the "Abu Dhabi Chamber Award for Internal Excellence" in the Executive Director category in 2020. She was also honored for her efforts in supporting women at the "First International Forum for Beauty Professions" by the President of the "World Academic Federation for Decoration".
