Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Japan since December 2020.

He held the position of Assistant Undersecretary for Protocol Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation , and Deputy Chief of Protocol at the Crown Prince Court in Abu Dhabi.

He worked at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company ( ADNOC ) as a Unified Services Manager, in addition to his work at the company in the refining sector between 2008 and 2010, and the exploration sector between 2002 and 2005.

He also worked in the banking sector between 2005 and 2008, and held the position of Head of Personal Banking Services at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank .

He was awarded the Order of the Star of Italy, Commander, by the Italian President in 2016.

He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Security Studies in 2019 from the National Defense College in the UAE, and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in 2011 from Zayed University .
