He served as Senior Human Resources Manager at the same bank between 2008 and 2015, Human Resources and Organization Manager at Hima Cement Company in Uganda between 2007 and 2008, Human Resources Services Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Uganda between 2003 and 2007, Business Consultant at KPMG Uganda between 2000 and 2003, and worked in the Administration and Finance Department at Alliance Air between 1995 and 2000.

He holds an MBA in 2002 from Makerere University in Uganda, a Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2006 from Uganda Institute of Management, and a BA in Political Science and Public Administration in 1994 from Makerere University.
