President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the African Export-Import Bank ( Afreximbank ), Arab Republic of Egypt.
He held several positions in the same bank, including: Executive Vice President between 2008 and 2015, Senior Manager in the Planning and Business Development Department between 2007 and 2008, and Chief Analyst between 1994 and 2007.
He was also Assistant Director of Research at the Export-Import Bank of Nigeria between 1992 and 1994.
He has numerous published articles on African economic and trade issues.
