Founder and CEO of “ Future Foresight Foundation ” since April 2016, United Arab Emirates.

He is considered the first to suggest the idea of establishing a center for future foresight in the UAE government. He is the head of the “Afaq Academy for the Future”, the founder of the “Sulsight” platform for remote training, and a trainer in the field of building future scenarios.

He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Middle East and North Africa branch of the World Future Studies Union, a member of the World Futures Association in the United States since July 2015, and a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF) in the same country since May 2016 as the first Emirati and Gulf citizen to join the membership of this association.

He held the position of Deputy Director of the Decision Support Center at the Ministry of Interior , and Head of the Scenarios and Future Forecasts Unit at the same center.

He also presented many social initiatives in the field of future foresight, including: “Future Police Foresight Forum” in 2015, and “Strategic Foresight Summit” in 2019. He also presented many training courses and lectures in the field of building future scenarios for a number of governmental and private entities inside and outside the Emirates.

He published an encyclopedia entitled “Future Foresight” in 2016, which is considered the first scientific encyclopedia in the Arabic language in the field of future foresight in the Arab world, in addition to publishing a book entitled “5 Steps to the Future” in 2022.

He holds a PhD in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Foresight in the UAE Government, in 2018 from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom.
