He is also a member of the Board of Directors of “ Ruya Investment Company ”, “National Manufacturing Company” “Tasnee”, “Mayar Transport and Smoking Company” since 2015, “Amwal Al Ajyal Holding Company” since 2010, and “Issam Abdul Qader Al Muhaidib and Partners Company” since 2010.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of “That Al Sawari Company” since 2010, “Amwal Al Khaleej Commercial Investment Company”, “Taj Al Awfiya Company”, “Mayar Food Company”, “King Salman Center for Disability Research”, and Prince Fahd bin Salman Charitable Association for the Care of Kidney Failure Patients “Kulana” .

He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Almarai Company in 2011.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of ACWA Power Saudi Arabia and the Saudi British Bank (SABB) , which merged with Al- Awwal Bank on June 16, 2019. He held several administrative positions, including: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Awwal Real Estate Development Company, Jasoor Holding Company, and the Middle East Paper Manufacturing and Production Company (MEPCO) , in addition to his work as Chairman of the Commercial Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry .

He was a member of the Board of Directors of “Thabat Construction Company”, “ Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company ”, “ Arabian Pipes Company ”, “Riyadh Cables Group”, “Al Shamia Urban Development Company”, “ Centennial Fund ”, and “Competition Protection Council”.

He holds an honorary doctorate from the University of Tokyo in Japan.
