He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Center of Excellence for Carbon Control “Dubai Carbon” , a member of the “ Supreme Council of Energy ” in Dubai, Vice Chairman of the “Council of the World Green Economy Organization”, Vice Chairman of the “Dubai Nuclear Energy Committee”, and a member of the Board of Directors of “Power Plant Project Companies”. Independent Water, and the Dubai Green Fund.
He held the position of Executive Vice President for Strategy and Business Development at the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), and Vice President of the Electricity Transmission Project at the same authority. He was also appointed Director of the “Emirates National Grid Project ” by the “Supreme Committee for Electricity Interconnection” in the Emirates.
