He held the position of Deputy Director General of Dubai Smart Government between 2011 and 2015, Vice President of Information Technology at Dubai World Trade Centre between 2009 and 2012, Director of Information Technology at Emaar Properties between 2007 and 2009, and Head of Development at the Ruler's Court in Dubai between 1997 and 2007. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science in 2006 from Pennsylvania State University in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same specialization in 1997 from Ohio State University in the same country.
