Prior to joining Fidelis, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Insurance at Shory Insurance Company , Chief Strategy Officer at Asia and Middle East Insurance and Reinsurance Company (AMIR), and Chief Technology Officer at Warba Insurance and Reinsurance Company in Kuwait.

Al Kareh has held several positions at Solidarity Bahrain , including General Manager, Acting General Manager, Head of Asset Management and Investments, and Head of Risk Management at Solidarity Group Holding , and General Manager and Deputy CEO at Dhamana Company in Bahrain.

He holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Reading, UK, in 2003, a Bachelor's degree in Financial Services from Edinburgh Napier University, UK, in 2002, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Notre Dame, USA, in 1996.
