ADNOC Gas was established on January 1, 2023 and was listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on March 12, 2023. As a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), ADNOC Gas is a world-class, fully integrated gas processing company.

The company operates across the entire gas value chain, from receiving raw gas feedstock from ADNOC to processing and liquefying the gas, and finally marketing the products to both domestic and international customers. ADNOC Gas is one of the world’s largest gas processing companies, with a capacity exceeding 10 billion standard cubic feet of gas per day.
