He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pure Health Holding Company since April 15, 2025, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange , and a member of the Board of Directors of Al Emad Holding Company "for Emad" since January 12, 2026, ADNOC Gas Company since 2023, Edge Group , and Emirates Water and Electricity Company . He is also the Chairman of the Growth Committee in the same company.

He served as Director General of Strategic Finance at the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance and was a member of the private equity team at Mubadala Investment Company "Mubadala", where he was responsible for investments across multiple geographies, capital structures, and industries, including manufacturing, infrastructure, and entertainment. He also worked at McKinsey & Company, Emirates Advanced Investments (now known as Yas Holding), and Raytheon.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States of America 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a minor in Sports from the American University of Sharjah 2009.
