Americana Restaurants International PLC, formerly known as Americana Restaurants Company Limited, was established on May 27, 2022, as a wholly-owned subsidiary and subsidiary of Kuwait Food Company - Americana. On June 27, 2022, Kuwait Food Company transferred all restaurant operations to Americana Restaurants Company Limited and the company's name was changed to Americana Restaurants International PLC, which was listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and the Saudi stock exchange (Tadawul) in December 2022.
