He assumed the position of Head of the Restaurants Department at the Kuwait Food Company during the period from 2019 until June 2022, when the company’s restaurant business was transferred to Americana Restaurants Limited.

He served as Chief Operating Officer at Americana Restaurants International PLC between 2019 and 2020, Chief Operating Officer of the Kentucky brand at the same company between 2017 and 2019, and Vice President and Brand President for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe at Texas Chicken International, where he was responsible for brand expansion at the same company between 2011 and 2017.

He also worked at Wendy’s from 1994 to 2011, where he held the position of Director of Equity and Franchise Portfolio for the brand in the United States and international markets.

He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
