Ataa Educational Company was founded on July 8, 1992, and listed on the Tadawul Saudi Stock Exchange on July 31, 2019.

The company operates in the education sector, providing educational services and programs for students based on Islamic principles. 

Its objectives include delivering quality education, emphasizing the integration of education and training, continuously improving educational services to meet the needs and expectations of students and parents, maintaining regular communication with parents, exchanging experiences with other private schools to offer a distinctive educational model, and updating and providing auxiliary educational facilities, diverse learning resources, and modern technologies.

Headquartered in Riyadh, the company has three branches and operates several schools, including Al Rowad Private Schools, Modern Middle East International Schools, and Al Sulaimaniyah International Private Schools.
