He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several institutions, including: “ Bank Aljazira ” since 2016, “Sarb Real Estate Investment Company”, “ Ataa Educational Company ” since 2015, “Razm Holding Company” since 2008, “Technical Company for Technology Localization” since 1998, “Dallah Pharma Company”, “Aljazira Financial Markets Company”, and “Dar’a Al-Raya Holding Company”.

He is also the supervisor of the kidney dialysis program project at Prince Fahd bin Salman Charitable Association for the Care of Kidney Failure Patients (Kelana), and a member of the Board of Trustees of the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba).

He is a member of the Board of Directors of: “ Kingdom University ”, “RZM Kayriminkul Anonim Sirketay” in Turkey, and “Neba Kayriminkul Yatirimlari in Taysarit IS” in Turkey.

He was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of “ Bank Aljazira ” in 1998.

He held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Asir Company for Trade, Tourism, Industry, Agriculture, Real Estate and Contracting Works ” between 2007 and October 27, 2019, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al-Jazirah Securities Trading Company” between 2015 and 2016, Chairman of the “ Riyadh City Municipal Council ” between 2014 and 2015, and Vice Chairman of the same council between 2005 and 2014.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of “Al-Balad Al-Amin Company for Development and Urban Development” between 2018 and 2021, “Summu Suburb Company” between 2018 and 2021, “ General Organization for Social Insurance in Saudi Arabia ” representing employers, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Watan Pak Company” between 1998 and 2010, Managing Director of “ Asir Company for Trade, Tourism, Industry, Agriculture, Real Estate and Contracting Works ” between 1994 and 2007, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Glass Industries Company “Zujaj” between 1996 and 1998, and General Manager of “Makkah Construction and Development Company” between 1988 and 1990.

He held several positions in “Kara Trading and General Contracting Establishment”, including: Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors between 1981 and 1988, Director of the King Faisal Muzdalifah Bridge Project between 1978 and 1981, and Project Engineer between 1976 and 1977.

He held the position of Vice Chairman of “ Dallah Al Baraka ” between 1990 and 2012, was a Managing Director of “ Dallah Health Services Company ” between 1994 and 1995, CEO of “Dallah Hospital” between 1990 and 1994, and a member of the Executive Committee of “Dar Al Fouad Hospital” in Egypt between 1995 and 2012.

He was also a member of the boards of directors of several institutions, including: the Disabled Children’s Association, the Supreme Endowments Council in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Red Crescent Society, and the National Manufacturing Company between 1995 and 2006.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1976 from King Saud University .
