Altowayan is a co-founder of Diriyah Global Consulting Company since 2022, a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative Association for Transportation and Vehicles, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Basat Financial Company.

Moreover, Altowayan is a certified trainer by the Technical Vocational Training Corporation since 2022, and the National Entrepreneurship Institute since 2016. Additionally, he is a collaborating trainer at the FACT Academy for Training and Consulting.

He has held several roles, including Executive Director at the Qassim Investment Development Committee between 2017 and 2019, Director of the Dates Business Accelerator at SEA Venture in 2020, participating shareholder in kayanat technology in 2019, and collaborating Business Development Consultant at the Badir Program for Technology Incubator from 2018 to 2019.

Al-Tuwaiyan’s leadership extends to non-profit organizations, where he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Entrepreneurs’ Meeting Non-Profit Company, and Vice Chairman of Adheed society, He has also held board memberships in several other non-profit entities.

Previously, he worked as collaborating Business and Partnerships Advisor at Ekhaa Charity of Orphans care Foundation between 2017 and 2019,  and as an Occasional consultant At the Blood banks Friends charity during 2017.

Earlier in his career, Abdulelah worked on several projects to support the management of small and medium enterprises between 2014 and 2019. Also, he led the  Esamy Award as Director between 2010 and 2014, after holding the position of Director of the Community Service Department from 2007 to 2009.

Al-Tuwaiyan holds the International Entrepreneurship License and is the author of the book “Choose a Suitable Trade Name”.

He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration in 2012 from King Abdulaziz University, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting in 2004 from Qassim University.
