Assistant Undersecretary for Resources at the Ministry of Justice since June 2026, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He served as the portfolio manager for projects in the same ministry, and as a program manager in both the National Housing Company and the Smart Digital Solutions Pioneers Initiative - NHC Innovation, which is affiliated with the same company. He was also an advisor to the Planning, Studies and Programs Agency in the Saudi Ministry of Housing .

He also worked as a program manager at the “Qiyas Educational Website”, the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf ”, and the “Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Endowments”.

He obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Organization from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom in 2011, and completed a number of programs, including: a program in Educational Leadership and Management from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Stanford University in 2024, and a program in Business Administration and Organization from London Business School in 2023.

He obtained a number of certifications, including: Professional Portfolio Management Consultant “PfMP” from the Project Management Institute in 2021, and Professional Risk Management Consultant “PMI-RMP” from the same institute in 2020.
