Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy Director General of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority , United Arab Emirates.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Athletes Association”, and Vice President for the Asian continent in the “International Federation of Sport for All” since 2017. He also serves as a member of the Experts Committee in the “Arab Sports Council”, the Technical Committee in the “Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa Award for Scientific Research”, and the “International Council for Health, Physical Education, Sport, Recreation and Movement Expression”.

Through his Instagram account, he presents a series entitled "Sports Culture," in which he provides sports information and advice, and his followers have reached 11,600.

He progressed through various positions in the UAE Ministry of Education , including:

• Activity supervisor in the Department of Physical Education, and head of the sports department.
• Deputy Head of the Department of Sports, Scouting and Art Education.
• Assistant Undersecretary for Student Activities and Welfare.

He also served as Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council , Cultural Advisor at the UAE Embassy in Cairo, Secretary General of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Sports Creativity, and President of the UAE School Sports Federation.

He was a member of the board of directors of the UAE Volleyball Federation, a member of the Olympic Committee between 2000 and 2005, director of the UAE delegation and a member of the official delegation for the 2004 Olympic Games, a player in Al Shabab Club and then a coach.

He has received many awards, including: Al Owais Award for Scientific Studies and Innovation, Excellence Award in Visual Media, and An Award at the Cultural and Scientific Symposium, as well as 12 scientific papers in international journals, and a number of books in the field of sports, including: Sports and Citizenship, The Sports Movement in the Emirates, Future Prospects for Sports Culture, Women and Sports in the Emirates, Sports Diplomacy, and Sports and Governance.

He holds a PhD in Sports Organization Evaluation and a Diploma in Sports Organization Management from the International Olympic Committee.
