"Aisha AlMulla began her professional journey in the nonprofit sector in 2014 as a Senior Financial Coordinator at "Salam Ya Sighar," where she managed projects for Palestinian and Syrian refugees and excelled in overseeing the department's financial operations. In 2015, as the organization transitioned to "The Big Heart Foundation," she was promoted to Head of Programs, allowing her to work closely with marginalized communities and provide humanitarian aid.

She has completed advanced training programs, such as Sharjah Leadership Program in 2019, offered by the Sharjah Capability Development, and the Leadership Program in 2023, delivered by Mercer Talent Enterprise. She also earned a Diploma in Humanitarian Aid in 2020 from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Arab Emirates University.

She has also obtained several certifications, including the Advanced Management Development Program Certificate in 2015 and the Media Spokesperson Certificate from Focus Media Academy in 2023.
