He held the position of Senior Manager of E-Commerce and Support Services at Oman Air between 2018 and 2020, and held several positions at Gulf Air , including: Assistant Manager between 2016 and 2018, E-Business Manager between 2013 and 2016, and E-Marketing Manager between 2010 and 2013.

He worked in the analytics and marketing operations sector at HP between 2009 and 2010, and held the position of Marketing Executive at Galant Air Conditioning Limited in the United Kingdom during 2008.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Management from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom in 2009, a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Business Administration in 2008 from De Montfort University in the same country, in addition to a professional diploma in marketing in 2011 from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and another professional diploma in digital marketing in 2012 from the same university.
