Cassation Judge at Dubai Courts since October 2005, United Arab Emirates. He held the position of Director of the Department of Enforcement of Sentences in Penal and Correctional Institutions at Bur Dubai Police Station, Deputy Director at the same station, Director of the Criminal Investigation Institute at Dubai Police Academy , and a faculty member at the same academy. He also worked in the Psychology Department at the General Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations, and the General Department of Traffic, and was a duty officer at Bur Dubai Police Station. He received the Dubai Police Medal of the Third Class from Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Badge of Appreciation of the First Class from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Badge of Excellence of the Second Class, the Medal of Loyal Service, and the Medal of Excellent Service of the First Class. He published a book entitled "Crimes and Rulings" in Arabic and English, and has several publications in the legal and judicial field, including: "Invalidity in Criminal Procedures in Light of the Federal Criminal Procedure Law of the United Arab Emirates and the Egyptian Criminal Procedure Law", and "Special Criminal Protection against Drug Crimes According to Egyptian Law and the Federal Law of the United Arab Emirates", in addition to several legal articles published in " Emirates Today " and " Al Khaleej " newspapers. He participated in many local legal and judicial seminars, conferences and meetings. He holds a PhD in Criminal Law in 2002 from " Alexandria University " in Egypt, a Master's degree in the same specialization in 1995 from " Tanta University " in the same country, a Bachelor's degree in Law from the " Dubai Police Academy ", and a Diploma in Police Studies in 1991 from the same academy.
