He has been the Head of Talent Solutions for the Middle East and North Africa at the same company since July 2012, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy since June 30, 2021, the Middle East Diversity and Inclusion Council since 2019, and the Dubai Future Foundation since 2019.

He was a mentor at Wamda Capital from 2019 to 2020 and Flat6Labs from 2015. He also served as Sales Manager at SAP UAE from 2008 to 2012, Regional Sales Consulting Manager at Oracle MENA from 2004 to 2008, and Logistics Manager at Procter & Gamble from 2005.

He also worked as a site engineer at Nassar Engineering Services Company between 2002 and 2003.

He holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University, an MBA from INSEAD in 2017, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Lebanese American University in 2001.
