Strategic advisor to the Vice President of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), a member of the World Bank Group, since March 2026, United States of America.

She is the founder and CEO of CES Consulting since January 2022, and the founder and host of the 2030 Leader's Mic podcast since October 2023.

She has been a member of the " Institute of Boards of Directors in the Gulf Cooperation Council " since June 2025, a member of the Executive Committee and the National Committee for Environment, Water and Agriculture in the " Federation of Saudi Chambers " since August 2024, and a member of the " Saudi Leaders Council " since May 2023.

She founded the environmental improvement technology company “ Intec ”, served as its CEO, was a member of the company’s board of directors, was vice chair of the board of directors of the “United Nations Global Compact Club”, was an executive member of the National Mining Committee in the “Council of Saudi Chambers”, and was a board member of Tarhoum Municipality affiliated with the “ Ministry of Interior ”, “M Cloud Technologies Corp”, and “Global Technical College for Girls in Jeddah”.

She held several positions and responsibilities at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, including:

• Chair of the Environmental Committee.

She served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Circular Economy Trading Company, which she co-founded, and as a member of the Industrial Sector Council in the Jeddah Chamber, and as a member of the National Committee for the Care of Prisoners, Released Prisoners and Their Families “ Tarham ” in Jeddah, and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the same committee, and as a member of the Administrative Advisory Council for Employment and Professions in the Jeddah College for Girls, and as a member of the Women’s Committee in Maritime Safety in the General Directorate of Border Guards in Makkah, and as a member of the National Mining Committee in the Council of Saudi Chambers , and as a member of the Saudi-British Business Council , and the Saudi-Indonesian Business Council, and the US Green Building Council.

She also founded the “Hand in Hand for Environmental Sustainability” initiative, and was the Vice President of the Women’s Committee in Maritime Safety at the “General Directorate of Border Guards” in Makkah, the Vice President of the Environmental Committee at the “Al-Rawdah Neighborhood Center”, a member of the judging committee for the Okaz Excellence Award “Itqan”, a mentor to a number of entrepreneurs in the “Eisenhower Program”, and a member of the executive committee of the “First Environmental Forum in Jeddah”.

She also served on the board of directors of “ Al-Inma Bank ”, “Basmat Company”, “Baladi Initiative”, and “New Generation Company”.

It has received many awards, including: the “Green Applications Award” from the “World Arab Investor Forum” in France in 2019, an award from the “ Arab Organization for Social Responsibility ”, the Golden Shield and Certificate of Excellence in the field of environmental sustainability as the best Arab initiative in Dubai in 2016, the “Corporate Social Responsibility Award” for the category of environmental sustainability in 2014, and an award from the “Arab-European Environmental Organization” for its outstanding efforts in the field of environmental awareness in 2013.

She also received an honorary doctorate for her efforts in environmental affairs and sustainable development in 2017 from the World Federation of United Nations Associations College, in addition to a fellowship from the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) in 2018.

She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, from King Abdulaziz University in 1995.
