He held the position of General Manager of Business Development at Boubyan Bank , Advisor to the Group CEO at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait , and General Manager of Group Banking Services at Kuwait Finance House ( KFH ).

He held several positions at the National Bank of Kuwait , including: Deputy General Manager of the Retail Banking Group and Head of the Product Marketing and Strategy Office, Assistant General Manager of the Retail Banking Group and Head of the Product and Strategy Department, Head of the Project Management Office, Head of the General Sales and Business Organization Office in the Treasury Group, and Director of Product Structuring. He also worked as a financial applications specialist at Reuters News Agency in the United Kingdom.

He holds an MBA from the American University of Beirut (1999), a BSc in Computer and Communications Engineering from the same university (1994), and completed an executive program in global banking in 2018 from Columbia Business School in the United States.
