She has been a director of VTTI since May 2023 and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Borouge Project.

She has been a member of the boards of directors of ADNOC Offshore since 2020, Emirates General Petroleum Corporation ( Emarat ), and National Gas Shipping Company Limited (NGSCO). She is also a member of the International Association for Energy Economics and the Energy and Industry Working Group of the Abu Dhabi Japan Economic Council . She has also been Chair of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) Awards since 2019 and Chair of the Gender Balance Committee at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) .

She served as CEO of ADNOC LNG and Deputy CEO of Refining and Marketing at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).

She has over 25 years of experience in the gas sector, having served as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Borouge, Abu Dhabi Polymers Company , and has held several positions at ADNOC , including:

• Director of the Gas Strategy and Master Planning Unit at the Gas Directorate.
• Director of External Relations Department.
• Business Planning Manager.
• Head of the Long-Term Planning and Studies Team at the Planning and Production Directorate.
• Senior Market Analyst at Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Limited (ADGAS).

She holds an MBA from the American University in Dubai in 2004 and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the United Arab Emirates University in 1999.
