Member of the Board of Directors of the “ Egyptian Arab Land Bank ” since September 2017, Arab Republic of Egypt.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of “ Ezz Steel Company ” representing “Ezz Holding Group for Industry and Investment”, and has been the Corporate Treasury Manager of the same company since January 2015.

She has over 30 years of experience in corporate banking, corporate finance, retail banking, risk and restructuring.

She held the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Mortgage Finance Association, Managing Director of the Egyptian Mortgage Finance Company between 2004 and 2023, Credit Risk Manager at the Egyptian Gulf Bank, and worked at Credit Agricole Bank, where she held several positions related to institutional banking.

She served as Co-Chair of the Real Estate Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, was a certified trainer at the Mortgage Bankers Association, and served as a member of the Advisory Committee to study all mortgage obstacles and provide technical advice and proposals at the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority.

She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
