In his current role, he oversees talent acquisition, talent management and support, performance management and organizational design, HR relations, and employee engagement experience management.

He has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, including the Human Resources Group and the Corporate Banking Group. He has held several management positions at the National Commercial Bank, including Acting Group Head of Human Resources, Head of Performance and Rewards Management, Head of Human Resources Relations, and Head of Business Banking at the Kingdom level in the Corporate Group.

He graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals , where he obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration in 2012, and a Bachelor of Management in 2003. He also attended the Executive Program in Talent Management for Strategic Advantage in 2015 at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
