He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Cazyon Company” in Egypt, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Gulf Marine Services Company ” in the Emirates since February 5, 2021. He is also a co-founder of “ EFG Hermes .”

He was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the Gulf Marine Services Company in November 2020.

He served as co-CEO and member of the board of directors at EFG Hermes, and was a member of the board of directors of Gulf Marine Services Company between August and October 2020.

He worked as a lecturer at Cairo University , then began working in the credit department at the Commercial International Bank. He also worked in the corporate finance department at Goldman Sachs Bank in the United Kingdom.

He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University.
