He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Maria Investment Group ” since 2010, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “TSV 1860 Munich Club” in Germany since June 2011, and “ Masaken Capital Company,” and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Manara International Jewelery Company in Abu Dhabi.

He served as Managing Director and CEO of Arabtec Holding Company between 2012 and 2014, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arabtec Construction. In June 2014, he owned the equivalent of 28.84% of Arabtec shares (about 8 billion dirhams according to the share price in June 2014).

Forbes magazine classified him as the first Jordanian billionaire and the third youngest billionaire in the Middle East in 2014. In the same year, he was classified by “MEED” magazine among the 12 most economically influential figures in the Middle East, and he won first place in the “Construction Week” list. “For the 100 most influential figures in the construction sector in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries for the year 2013.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration in 1996 from Al-Mustansiriya University in Iraq.
