He has experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities, project development and development, and neuro-linguistic programming. He is considered the first to establish workshops and vocational rehabilitation in an advanced and technical manner for people with disabilities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. He also founded the technical summer training program for school students, "Summer of Challenge," and served as the executive director of the program, and developed a group of creative youth ideas.

He served as Senior Director of Public Relations at the Abu Dhabi Technology Development Committee , Director of Schools and Universities at the same committee, and Director of Professional Projects at the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination.

He received the "Distinguished Employee Award" from the "Zayed Higher Foundation for People of Determination" and the "Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Educational Performance" in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He also received more than 100 certificates of thanks and appreciation from many educational and social institutions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the United Arab Emirates University (2000), a Certificate in Management Skills Development from Spearhead Training Institute (2013), a Certificate in Project Management Fundamentals (2013), a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from Etisalat Academy (2011), and a Certificate in Sustainable Leadership from Emirates Academy (2008).
