He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aurum Leasing Limited and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Investment Bank since January 1, 2024.

Appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Investment Bank since May 19, 2022.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of GFH Financial Group between 2020 and 2022, then held the position of Vice Chairman of the Group.

He has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, hospitality and real estate development.

He served as Chairman of Aberdeen Standard Investments in the Middle East and Africa between October 2018 and 2024, Vice Chairman of Noor Bank , Noor Takaful, CEO of Dubai Holding between 2017 and 2018, and Chief Commercial Officer of Meraas Holding.

He joined Goldman Sachs in 2008, managing sovereign wealth funds, UAE commercial banks and major financial institutions in the UAE, and was then appointed Head of UAE Coverage at the firm.

He also worked as a general manager at “ First Gulf Bank ”, chaired the board of directors of “Noor Investment Group”, and was a member of the board of directors of “Emaar Industries and Investment Company” and “ DXB Entertainments Company ”.

Holds a university degree in Finance from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE.
