Chief Human Resources Officer at Al Nahda Services Company since March 2023, Sultanate of Oman.

He joined Petroleum Development Oman in 2008, where he worked as an accountant between February 2008 and August 2008. Then he moved to Occidental Oil Company and held several positions, including: employee relations specialist between 2011 and 2012.

He assumed the position of Head of Employee Relations at the Oman Airports Management Company during the first quarter of 2013, and Director of Human Resources at Saraya Bandar Al Jissah Company between 2013 and 2015, and was a visiting lecturer at the Middle East College between 2015 and 2016 .

He also held several positions at “ Oman Beverages Company ,” including: Director of Human Resources Management Systems, Compensation and Benefits between 2015 and 2016, Acting Head of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department between 2016 and 2017, and Director of Human Resources between 2017 and 2022, in addition to his work as Senior Human Resources Leader in “ National Bank of Oman ” between October 2022 and February 2023.

He has more than 15 years of experience in human resources, and various sectors such as oil and gas, aviation, real estate, consumer goods, and banking.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2014 from Sultan Qaboos University , and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2007 from the same university.
