He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Pro League , a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Peace Award, a member of the Specialized Communications Foundation (NEDA), and a member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Imdaad Company.

He served as the Executive Director of the Central Accounts Sector in the Dubai Government's Department of Finance , the Financial Accountant and Chairman of the Tenders Committee in the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation , and Head of the Financial Team for the Dubai Government in 2010.

He was also a member of the board of directors of Emaar Properties and Emaar Hospitality Group .

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Banking, from the United Arab Emirates University in 1995.
