She served as Executive Director of Sector Development and Marketing Programs at the Dubai Design and Fashion Council between 2016 and 2017, contributed to the launch of the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation, and was a member of several design and fashion competitions.

She has 26 years of experience in the creative sectors, where she held a number of leadership and administrative positions in many institutions, including: Marketing Manager at Emirates Post Group in 2016, Deputy Marketing Manager at Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) between 2014 and 2015, and Marketing Manager at the same company between 2014 and 2015.

She also held the position of Executive Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Smart City between 2008 and 2012, and Marketing Manager at the same company between 2007 and 2008. She held the position of Senior Marketing Manager for International Projects at Emaar Properties between 2006 and 2007, Senior Marketing Manager between 2005 and 2006, Marketing Manager between 2003 and 2005, Assistant Marketing Manager between 2002 and 2003, and Senior Marketing Coordinator between 2000 and 2002.

She also held the position of Sales Assistant at Emirates General Petroleum Corporation ( Emarat ) between 1993 and 2000.
