He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Ikarus United Marine Services Company”, and the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Projects Company Holding “KIPCO”. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of “ United Gulf Holding Company ” in Bahrain since April 2022, the Kuwait Furniture Manufacturing and Trading Company “Kufuma” , and the Kuwaiti Association for Learning Differences “KALD” .

He held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Administration at KIPCO Asset Management Company (KAMCO).

He has over 30 years of experience in organizational consulting and development, including strategic planning, corporate governance, corporate organizational structure, human resource development and administrative affairs.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from St. Edwards University in the United States of America.
